Developer & Project Architect
Shachar Arnon
Architect and real estate developer Shachar Arnon, founder of Arnon Architects & Investments, has over eight years of experience developing residential projects in Portugal and is currently based in Castelo Novo, just ten minutes from Fundão.
Before establishing his activity in Portugal, Arnon was involved in the planning and delivery of large-scale architectural projects in Australia, New Zealand, Hungary, and Israel. His work as an environmental architect is driven by a consistent focus on sustainability, innovation, and community-oriented design.
In the Fundão project, Arnon serves as both developer and project architect, leading the planning and design process in collaboration with local architect Pedro from PLATFORMArq, based in Covilhã — combining international planning expertise with in-depth local knowledge to create environmentally responsible living environments.

Orit Nachtomi Gordon
At Project X, Orit built a global entrepreneurial ecosystem, mentoring and guiding over 4,000 entrepreneurs worldwide. She now brings that same scale, strategic clarity, and execution excellence to Fundão Regent.
For Orit, real estate is never just about assets — it is about people, trust, and long-term partnerships. She combines a proven international track record with disciplined leadership and a deep commitment to investor success.
Orit specializes in capital structuring and financing architecture, designing comprehensive funding strategies and building investor-ready business plans. She aligns vision, capital, regulatory frameworks, and operational execution to create financially sound, scalable, and resilient ventures — including complex cross-border and institutional funding environments.

Flávio Vieira da Motta
Flávio Vieira da Motta is an international executive, attorney, and certified project management professional with more than 20 years of experience leading complex business initiatives across Europe and Latin America. Based in Portugal, he supports international investors and companies entering the European market, focusing on strategic planning, governance, and the execution of large-scale projects.
Before focusing on international advisory and project leadership, Flávio held senior roles at global organizations such as HPE, DXC Technology, and EDS, where he managed strategic portfolios, negotiated high-value contracts, and coordinated multidisciplinary teams across several countries. His work consistently centered on aligning operational execution with long-term business strategy.
In the Fundão project, Flávio contributes his expertise in governance, capital structuring,
and program management, helping ensure that planning, investment, and execution remain aligned throughout the development process.
His background in Mathematics and Law, combined with PMP® and Stanford SCPM certifications, supports a disciplined and results-driven approach to international project delivery.

Miriam Reis
Miriam Reis works in the management of local accommodation operations, retail businesses, and administrative support for companies in the real estate, hospitality, and consulting sectors in Portugal.
She holds a background in Law and specialized training in Coaching and Leadership Development, bringing a people-centered approach and strong interpersonal focus to all her professional activities.
Throughout her career, Miriam has developed extensive experience in team management, training, and leadership development, always aligning her work with the identity, culture, and strategic objectives of the organizations she supports. Her international experience across United States, Brazil, and Portugal has strengthened her ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments and serve diverse client profiles.
In the real estate sector, she specialized in supporting expatriate clients from various countries, helping them identify opportunities aligned with their personal and investment goals. Her approach goes beyond transactions, focusing on building trust and delivering long-term value — whether helping clients find a home or secure strategic investment opportunities.

Yael Peretz
creative strategist & project coordinator
Yael Peretz is an entrepreneur, creative strategist, and multidisciplinary designer working between Israel and Portugal.
With a background in branding, visual communication, and experiential concept development, she combines creative vision with thoughtful, grounded execution.
Her work centers on collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across hospitality, tourism, and community-driven initiatives. She contributes to concept development, brand positioning, and the design of meaningful guest experiences. Her approach brings together aesthetics, spatial sensitivity, sustainability, and storytelling — always with attention to how people feel within a space.
Yael is inspired by the idea that places have the power to connect people — to themselves, to others, and to their surroundings. She believes that the most memorable destinations are those created with intention, care, and a genuine human touch.
